Your driver refused to deliver at the address

He called the recipient and demanded a home address, he called my wife and told her HE WILL NOT be coming to the address, she can give a soweto address and he will deliver there and leave with a neighbor if necessary. I don't what Flippen cadre deployment or whose uncle needed a job but I demand an apology to my wife. Also i see on the "history order" its stated my wife received the gift can you please show us the POD??? who signed since they did not deliver at her office as i flippen written on the card. I think even the concept of letting someone know there is a gift coming should be an option not a step to ruin the surprise. the gift was promised to be delivered on the 4th, they got there late. i asked for it to be delivered at least before 3pm even on the next day they failed. I don't understand why did the gift not get delivered. I have used your services in Sandton and Midrand never did i get such ******* service. all i needed was an epic apology but turned into a absolute disaster it would have been better if i just bought them at woolies and hand delivered myself. that unlce forgot when she was speaking to my wife that MY WIFE IS!!!!! THE CLIENT I WAS NOT TREATED FAIRLY AND DEMAND AN APOLOGY!!
