You want disappointment - Use NetFlorist

Netflorist has a lousy non-existent service. I placed an order for delivery out of town which i paid and received confirmation. Days later than the promised delivery date, i find out that the order was not received. On follow up they simply acknowledge and submit that they do not provide service in that town after COVID-19. How horrible is that? Why do they accept money for a service they clearly do not provide......is this not **********.
