YOU SUCK NETFLORIST!!!

One star is being generous even, I ordered a cake for my sisters birthday on the 25th and Netflorist sent over cardboard with icing, i am so disappointed because it was meant to be a fun surprise for my sister who is in a different country from family and you sent her this ROCK BUN of a cake, dry and crusty but frozen in the middle. Tried to get Netflorist to redeliver or reimburse and 0 luck.
