You guys should just close your business

<p>On 30 November I ordered Champagne and chocolates (+-R400) for my boss, to be delivered on the 2nd of Dec. When I placed the order all the dates were accepted, and it's in Pretoria, not a lost little town no one knows of, or any remote area... I stated that the order should be there before 15.30 as our business closed that time and this was a gift for our year end function.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i enquired at 12.00 if my order is coming, i was told that the driver is on his way.... so I waited till 15.00 and phoned again (please keep in mind that the website showed my order was delivered, and it wasn't) I was on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for the operator to track and phone the driver, i was told that my delivery was the last one on the list, and he is on his way right now. I waited until 15.30, still nothing....</p> <p> </p> <p>When i logged into my mails I saw that i received a mail at 15.11 saying that my order could not be delivered becase there is no stock... you had 2 days for this order but you could not manage champagne and choclates???</p> <p> </p> <p>obviously p#%$Q-ed I emailedNetflorist on Monday @ 7.45am asking what is happening, i got a reply that they will contact/respond within 9 business hours. Obviously being the serivice delivery business they are, i only got a reply on Wednesday.... from Njabulo Radebe telling me she sees the matter was dealt with. Please keep in mind that I phoned on Monday asking when my delivery will arrive, because a refund will take 490102 days coming from you, I was told that they will send me a R200 voucher to say sorry, and delivery will be on Wednesday. When I rep**** to Njabulo Radebe saying that no voucher was received, neither a phonecall from Waylene (after she promised) or any response whatsoever from anybody, she said that Shaakira will phone me shortly. I also enquired when my (i dont need it anymore champagne) order will arrive, she should not give me a time. My order arrived at 17.35 on Tuesday Afternoon......</p> <p> </p> <p>it spoiled the surprize it spoiled my mood and it spoiled any business or good review for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Njabulo Radebe again, just now now asking when Will I be contacted, she assured me today... It will also snow in Pretoria today, and Shakira the singer will also phone me, her hips does not lie, buy you do....</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for making it easy for me to write this, and thank you for letting me not spend a cent further on your pathetic service, Netfloris does not respond to anything written on here, but at least the public will see that you are a flowery bunch of .......let me rather not say.</p> <p> </p> <p>Goodbye</p>
