You don't get what you order

I am disappointed in the product that was sent out. The item that was received was not the same as the advertised one. It’s a lot of money to order on NetFlorist, its very disappointing when it doesn’t go out right. it might have been quick but i'd rather send out what i ordered instead of rushed thing. My wife’s uncle was in a serious accident and extremely far from us to take him anything.

We selected something we know he would like as he just got out of ICU, but what we ordered was not the same as was received. You may think it was a little thing but we selected this because of what was advertised. So what was advertised

This was perfect, the selection of nuts we loved and we knew her uncle would like them too.

We then get a picture like this of what was received.

Number 1, No caramel peanuts, they are replaced with normal peanuts, now there are two different peanuts. Number 2, the macadamia nuts are replaced with an random assortment of nuts and raisins.

I mean how can you just chop and change the Items like that. The descriptions doesn’t even say (the nuts may vary due to some reason.) It clearly says

Almonds (100g), Caramel Peanuts (100g), Peanuts (100g), Macadamias (100g)

as an example if I was at a restaurant and i ordered a burger and chips and then received a hake and chips. I would be unhappy, even if the person making the food felt it was an equivalent meal and never consulted me about not having burgers left, it is not the same. I ordered something specific and got something else.

This is extremely disappointing.
