<p>On 28 February my grandson ordered flowers and chocolates (reference No. ********** 97) to be delivered to his wife at her office to celebrate the occasion of their eighth wedding anniversary. When the order wasn't delivered on time Netflorist promised to deliver the next morning - by 17:00 the order had still not been delivered. Not good enough, Netflorist, this is the last time any of our family will use your 'service'. This was a special occasion and both my grandson and his wife have been very disappointed by the lack of service. Not only that the ultimate cheek, they will only refund after three days.</p>
