You don't bring me flowers anymore!

Because I work away from home quite often, I have tried to compensate on special occasions by having gifts and flowers delivered. I have used Netflorist for many years and have been so impressed with their service. Once, a bottle of whiskey broke and the bottle was replaced and delivered without question a few days later. Well done!<br> I accept glitches happen as happened recently when on Valentine's Day, I was in Mali and not only wanted to surprise my wife, but also my 2 daughters. At the time of delivery my wife was not at home, so a neighbour took delivery. On receiving the flowers, my wife found it pecu**** that there were only 2 arrangements. You can imagine, I had a very unhappy call from one of my daughters. As I said glitches happen, however, what I didn't expect was the response below. The assumption is that the courier delivered, the neighbour signed so we got the deliveries.
