YOU ARE A REAL BUNCH OFF ????!!!

I am so disappointed by the way you have handled my order also very angry at the response I was given by assuring me I should not worry. I ordered a Valentine bouquet where initially I made a mistake and I phoned to cancel. I then reordered and paid again because the initial one I asked for a refund. As per attachments you can see that there has been no delivery because the recipient has not received it up to Sunday 15th February 2015.<br> <br> I received an email that my order is on the way on the 11th February 2015 and thereafter a delivery confirmation was received by myself of the same date. I then called and queried it but I was then assured that the notification is false because the delivery date was for the 13th February 2015.
