Wronged 3 times!

I ordered flowers for my aunts birthday to be delivered on the Saturday, 30th of January. On the Friday, 29th of January they call her to come collect the flowers! I ordered flowers on behalf of my dad for my mom for Vday to be delivered on the Saturday the 13th of February, as he asked me too. She didn't receive them, not a call, nothing. On Sunday I called NetFlorist 4 times. First at 8:30, then at 10, then at 12, then at 2.The first and second time they tell me they will contact me back, I'm still waiting for them to call me. The third time a lady promises that she would receive the flowers before 5pm. The fourth time, the guy tells me the florist in Secunda doesn't deliver on weekends & they sorry and they'll call me back with a voucher and deliver the flowers to my mom on Monday with a free box of chocolates. Still waiting for the voucher! The flowers were delivered Monday with no chocolates.<br> The third time was this week on Monday, I ordered flowers for the birthday executive of my area to be delivered on Tuesday. She only received them Wednesday, and this is in JHB! Just fed up now!
