Wrong order, wrong message on card and late night delivery on Valentine’s day.

I’m disappointed because I ordered a bouquet of mixed red and white roses with a box of nuts and chocolate for Valentine’s day from Netflorist but they chose to send their own order of just red roses and decided not to use my message and put their own on the card instead. In addition to all this the delivery only came at 21:11pm at night.
