Wrong order still not Rectified-Extremely Disappointed and very bad gift presentation

I have ordered a gift for my wife on monday to be delivered today, which were flowers and a vase, i have been ordering from netflorist very regularly but the vase that was ordered supposed to be purple but it was a red one sent which was not communicated to me the flowers were dying and were not even open as the picture on there website they show all the fancy gifts but when you actually get them they not the same, i have laid a complaint and the lady by the name of Elizabeth Ngwitshi states no she will check on the matter this was at 12.56 its very disapointing that at 14.51 i still dont get a answer as she states that she will get them to fetch it and replace it, which up till now im still awiaiting when it will be delivered, this is very bad service i been trying to call the call centre it just rings and rings no answer this is very poor service and i thik this should be delt in a proper manner and sticked manner.
