WRONG ORDER NETFLORIST

I Live In Joburg And My Girlfriend In Cape Town... I Haven't Been Able To See Her Since The Lockdown And Thought Of Sending Her Flowers! I Went Onto Netflorist And Ordered Flowers (A Gerb Mix Arrangement) In A Mug Written "Made With Love". Excited, She Calls Me And Says She Loves The ROSES! Much To My Horror, She Got Red Roses In A Glass Vase! So Much For Sentiment... What A Bummer, Right? So I Go Onto The Site And Report This... The Agent Gives Me His/Her Email Address To Send The Pictures To And I Do So And Guess What? No Response! No Cares Given! I Just Wish I Had Had Enough Patience To Wait Just One More Day For The Other Florist To Deliver On Monday, That Way, I Would At Least Have Sent The Correct Flowers To My Girl! I Am Disappointed... To Say The Least! And Their Silence And Lack Of Communication ****es Me Off! You As A Customer CONSTANTLY Have To Follow Up With Them Like YOU Sent The Wrong Order! RIDICULOUS!
