Wrong order

I ordered a white hyacinths in a wooden crate for a birthday gift for a lady I'm trying to impress, who lives in a different city. Yet they delivered a cactus type of plant to her. She even asked me what that thing is. I would have been ok with the order being late, but not getting an order entirely wrong.
