Wrong order & disingenuous resolution

<p>Ordered a fruit and snack basket for delivery to a mother who had just given birth. To my dismay what was actually delivered was a wine and snack basket. After numerous emails back and forth and a call from Netflorist they indicated that I would be credited for R500 on my order. Over a month later and no sign of the promised credit. I understand that mistakes can happen but to send alcohol to someone when you have specifically not ordered alcohol is totally unacceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would strongly recommend avoiding Netflorist!</p>
