WRONG ORDER AND UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I Ordered a "Special Occassion" Gift when my Gift gets delivered from Netflorist it is the Total Different Order and not what I have ordered. This is not the First experience I have with Netflorist especially when ordering for Special Occassions and then when phonening them to Rectify on their Problem they only say Sorry.
