Wrong order and long turn around time to deliver right order

I got a voucher when I purchased something from them, I could not redeem it because you have to be a first time user to do that, so i used a friends profile to order, before ordering I called them because I needed clarity on the item specs. My order came in the wrong size and I called them to enquire, they took the wrong item back & promised to credit my friends account for me to reorder, its a week tomorrow and the only time I got communication from them was if I called.

I haven't been credited or refunded and every time I call the consultants give me a new problem and no solution
