Wrong order

I work out of the country. I had placed an order for Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend. I was feeling terrible for not being home so I tried to make it as special as I could for her. Only for netflorist to mess up the order and send the incorrect item.

I then contacted them via email and got no response. Absolutely terrible.
