Wrong message and Tempered package

I had a terrible experience with Netflorist. I had ordered an item and the driver arrived late without the package, the package was delivered to an incorrect address by the driver, driver went back to fetch my package and upon returning my package, it was tempered with, either the driver or the first person that received my package opened it and also the special gesture on one of the jugs had the totally wrong message. The special gesture was, as a result of the incorrect message, rendered not that special.
