Wrong items sent

I ordered Flowers with Turkish delight to be delivered in Bloemfontein<br> Apparently the florist did not have Turkish delight and sent chocolates<br> I was asked if they can send that instead and I refused because there is a price difference of R50.00<br> Well the Turkish delight was not delivered and chocolates where.<br> This is not the first time this happens, the previous time the toy that I ordered was not in stock<br> <br> What happens to the R50.00 and why was there none.And according to me that is theft and wrongful advertising.<br> <br> Oh and contact via email.
