Wrong item received

I received a wrong plant, which isn't ideal for my apartment based on the conditions it needs to flourish.

I informed them a couple of times of this, and they only said "the plant I ordered was out of stock, so they gave me a replacement".

Weeks later the plant isn't doing well and no one has got back to me to confirm if they'll collect it and refund or what's the way forward since it wasn't what I ordered. No replies from Netflorist
