Wrong Item Delivered, Opened Packaging!

I ordered on Netflorist for the Candy Jar with Quality Street which cost R359. Firstly, I ordered for the same day delivery in the morning, but the gift arrived 7 hours later, just before my husband was about to leave work. Secondly, the item delivered was NOT quality street, but instead, a Smartie Fun Bag which was already open at the seam when we unwrapped the gift. I have messaged Netflorist and they do not seem apologetic in any manner. I would like a full refund.... The Smartie Fun Bag goes for R30 in Pick 'n Pay! A total rip-off with bad service.
