wrong information

when i browse online i saw things that was suppose to be delivered on the 11 february 2015 but the day of delivary i notice that there is no change on the delivery truck and when i send email to ask there respond that my order will be delivered on the 13 february 2015 in which is not the 1st time there do something like this to me so wonder how do there work..even the receipt i have says DELIVERY DATE 11 FEB 2015<br> please can someone do something about this kind of service?
