Wrong gift delivered twice - didnt chance a third time - Netflorist is useless

Ordered a personalised product as a sympathy gift for a Aunt who passed away. The gift arrived with a dog on it(instead of my Aunts picture, and a half completed card. So much for making a meaningfull gesture to my family. They then said they would do a swap out which arrived a day late and guess what. This time some other persons picture was on the gift. All they could do was another swap out because people are at home everyday waiting for deliveries right. Long story short, i have no idea who has my aunts picture in their house and if they know there picture is in someone elses house. We gave up and just replanted the plant and threw away the picture. Will never use Netflorist again!!!
