Wrong flowers delivered & non existent refund

<p>I ordered flowers from Netflorist and they delivered the incorrect flowers at a much lower price than what I had paid. I have phoned, emailed Portia at Netflorist re this matter & attempted to get somebody, anybody to refund me the difference at the very least as they have offered no other compensation to no avail. Pls do not use them as your preferred supplier disgusting customer service to say the least!!!! Will never use them again! </p>
