Wrong flowers delivered

I sent flowers to my boss who lost his father. I ordered white lilies and red roses were delivered.

And when I called I was told they usually deliver any flowers if they run out of flowers. And the girl was not remorseful at all carried on with her script chirpy as ever. Who does that instead of call and advise even an email would be nice. They couldn't even send white roses at least. Imagine my embarrassment when my grieving boss mentioned this to me.

I am so disappointed in Netflorist. I have always used them and got great service and correct stuff delivered. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.
