Wrong delivery twice!

I ordered pink orchids a few days ago and the totally wrong order was delivered so I had sent it back with the driver who said he was going to bring me the correct item, only to bring me white orchids. He then said to me that I should lay a complaint to NetFlorist directly. I did call them and spoke to a lady by the name of Kes-Lee Kuhn who had said to me that the delivery would here the same day before 2 pm but it never arrived! Thereafter I called back in at 15:10 pm to find out what is going on with my order. I then spoke to another lady by the name of Retabile who said to me that my order would be able to be delivered to me at 2 because it is cut-off time already. Why does NetFlorist make empty promises. This was a birthday gift, how do I give a gift after a birthday is finished? Today is a brand new day and I still do not have my delivery.
