Wrong Delivery of Card

Hi There,<br> <br> I used netflorist for the first time today and they delivered the flowers with the wrong card. It is shocking to say the least as the card was personal and now the person i sent the flowers to wont get the surprise i wanted her to get.<br> <br> I wont be using Netflorist again and wouldnt recommend them to anyone going forward.
