WOW WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT and EMBARRASSMENT

I went onto the website and saw a BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR MY Mother in-law which was Tulips with actual flowers and what my she received was nothing like the picture on the site. It was just leaves and she said where are the flowers. How can you post an image of flowers with flowers and then deliver just leaves especially when it’s a birthday? Your clients want to be wowed and not receive something like this. This is misleading your clients and its false advertising.

On the website it should then state you delivering just leaves and it needs to grow. And to top it all off the note to be on the card was not on there at all.. What an embarrassment!!!

Also it’s soooo bad when a company tries to cover things up when the client has proof of screen shots. Constantly Lying through their teeth through emails!!!!

This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT
