WOW response to an error

I can only say WOW!! This is in response to how Cazley Manuel took up a non delivery to a late delivery problem and assured me that she has control over it the first time I spoke to her. She did not try and be smart about the error but humbled herself as if NETFLORIST is her own personal company. I was angry,fuming and disgusted and wanted refund of the money I paid for the delivery and after I spoke to her and the way she genuinely sounded understanding of my frustration, I did not have the reason to ask for a refund except to be patient.
