WOW - How NOT to dleight your customers

Placed an order before 10 Feb, to be delivered on 12 Feb. Never delivered.<br> Promised to be delivered on the morning of 13 Feb.<br> Guess what they failed!<br> I gave them the new address to deliver to as it was now a Saturday.<br> Guess what they never captured the new address.<br> Service is pathetic. Call centre is unfriendly. They cannot tell me what is happening to my order. They refuse to put me through to a manager. I asked if I could leave a message for a manager, and they told me they were too busy to take down my details.<br> Looking at the long list of complaint on Hello Peter, I don't think they care, and I doubt I will even get a response. <br> It looks like they have *****ed up most of the country's valentines day.<br> I WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN. I will make sure this message goes to as many people as possible. I hope you go out of business, as you do not deserve customer loyalty.
