Would I Use Netflorist Again?

Good Day,<br> <br> I ordered flowers as a surprise for my wife at 07H00 into the morning and paid R60.00 to be delivered on the same day (13th of August) which did not happen.<br> <br> Events:<br> <br> 1. I received a notification at 17H44 confirming delivery. (Quite late for a same day delivery especially as it was sent to a Business - Who works after 17H00?)<br> 2. I hadn't heard from my wife so I phone to ask if she enjoyed the roses when she told me she hadn't received the roses (No longer was it a surprise to her and it spoilt the moment)<br> 3. I had to phone the next day to find out what was happening when I was told it was an error in the system and the roses we sent out and delivered within hour (Thank you Thato).<br> <br> What came out of this:<br> <br> 1. Delivery was not done same day as promised by Netflorist<br> 2. Flowers are not cheap at Netflorist so you think you would get exceptional service<br> 3. As an apology from Netflorist I got a wopping R100.00 gift voucher (\Delivery"costs at a premium of R60.00 which leaves me R40.00 towards some sort of flowers)<br> <br> Unfortunately Netflorist has left a bitter taste in my mouth."""
