Wosrt customer experience

Honestly Netflorist does not even deserve one star. I ordered a gift for my little sister to be delivered in Durban. She did not receive a call to come to the gate but it says delivered and signed for. You call them and mo one picks up. My airtime was finished.I even sent an email no one has even attended to my issue. No refund, no apologies, no gift. Absolutely useless company.
