WORTHLESS SERVICE

If I could rate their service a 0, I would. Placed my order on the 8th of Feb to be delivered the 14th of Feb (I personally think that is more than enough time to get a simple order right). It's the 15th and still no order delivered. If you phone for assistance, you basically get told they can't do anything to assist you. Apparently there are also no managers to assist you as well. I have even sent emails to ask for assistance, also no response received.
