Netflorist failed to deliver a Father’s Day gift on Father’s Day . They are clearly not in touch with the customers serve . Surely they should notify the recipricant that they are planning to deliver instead of just arriving when it suites them . Driver refuses to talk to the Repro any to reschedule delivery . Call centre agents where worse at managing expectations and did not recover from an epic fail
