Worst Valentines day ever

Good day,

On the 09th February I placed an online order for two gifts.

One for my son and one for my daughter-both at Curro Thatchfield. Your online form asked if it was school, work, or residence. I indicated school, so I did not feel the need to call and tell you that school ends at 14h30. Anyone who has ever attended a school knows that.

At 11h00 I received a call that my sons gift was delivered.

I then phoned my daughters receptionist and she said she had received nothing.

At 14h00 I called again and still nothing.

That’s when I called your call centre and spoke to Maureen who said that the driver was 10 minutes away. That was at 14h16, which meant the driver would be there at 14h26, 4 minutes before school closes. I further held on for the supervisor, Maxeen, who had the nerve to suggest that I can cancel the order??? How do I cancel the order when my son received his gift but my daughter hasn’t? what do I tell her now-and do you expect me to go and run around? Then she asks me for an alternative address cause she suspects that the driver won’t make it on time. Which he didn’t. Then the supervisor transfer the call to the call centre agent, who tells me its going to the alternative address. I was on the phone from 14h00 till 14h45. Imagine.

The whole purpose of sending my daughter a gift to school is because she is 14 years old and she was scared she wasn’t going to get anything and thanks to you YOUR COMPANY just ruined it for her completely!!!! She didn’t get anything at all.

Instead your drivers are now going to my home address to deliver it there where no one can see it, and it was not what I had asked for or the intention of the gift. Which was not complimentary or discounted, I paid for it plus delivery.

So thank you so much for ruining MY DAY and my daughters Valentine’s day. What was supposed to be a beautiful surprise-you turned it into the worst day of her life.

You don’t know how many hearts you break if your service is not up to scratch do you? You play with people’s lives and emotions and think nothing of it, thinking you just delivering stuff.

In future just do what your company is offering. Nothing more. Nothing less. If you just did what I paid for everyone would have been happy today.
