worst surprise spoiler ever

I placed an order to get delivered to my mom for mothers day. I requested it be delivered on Friday, order was not delivered, no follow up service and also RAM the courier they used didn't even bother phoning my mom when they got to the address, they assumed she worked in one of the shops under her apartment building... I followed up this morning and was told that it would get delivered today or tomorrow, but I need to phone back in 30min to follow up again... I phoned an hour later to follow up again and got told that my mom's surprise delivery will only get delivered on Monday after mothers day... I live in table view and my mom in George, thought seeing that I can't spend the day with her I could surprise her... WOW WHAT SHOCKING SERVICE... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM NETFLORIST EVER AGAIN....
