worst sevice ever

I ordered flowers on 14 March 2016 in the morning which was supposed to be \same day delivery\" however the flowers never arrived. The receiver was supposed to get it before 4.30pm as he leaves work at that time however it never arrived , I phoned the contact centre numerous times asking when the delivery will take place but they just told me the driver is on the way , and to my surprise they sent an email saying its delivered and signed by the receiver @ 18:11pm which was a big lie myself and the receiver left at 4:30pm together.<br> <br> I phoned the call centre and spoke to a consultant who confirmed with the driver that he never delivered the flowers, but they will deliver at 8:30am today 2016.03.15 till now the flowers have not even arrived.<br> <br> this is the worst service ever my 1st time ordering from netflorist and definitely my last! I mean you guys even **** about the receiver signing and confirmed it to me in writing knowing it was never delivered. Im very disappointed"
