Worst services from Netflorist deliver after hour and let strangers sign for the gift

<p>I ordered flowers from Netflorist today(16/11/2016) for a same day delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>My understanding is that they deliver between 09h00 and 17h00. At 17h21 I get as e-mail that</p> <p>the delivery has been done and a person I dont know and a person the flowers are intended for does not know, I noted that the address is a business address. My fiance knocked off at 17h00, meaning she has </p> <p>not received the flowers. I dont even know who this person that received the flowers is and she does not know the person either.</p> <p> </p> <p> Your delivery times are up until 17h00,not after that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for spoiling everything.
