Worst services

I received the worsted service. First the company deduct six times the same order money before the order was placed. Called the call centre they assisted with the correct order. She told me se will email me the order number, which NEVER HAPPENED. Called the call centre again to confirm if my order was send out. They couldn't assist me. Called the call centre again to speak to a mange. All the manager are not available. After got a call to state they couldn't deliver today. Pathetic really pathetic.... Still waiting for management to call me. My valatine's is no spoiled... messed up. It is not going to work out as planned. Thank you for the pathetic service.
