Worst service, unreliable worst customer contact centre

I ordered a'gift for my girlfriend this morning at 8am to be delivered to her for her birthday which is today, after not hearing anything and my order status staying in progress I contacted them just before 1pm and was told the item would be dispatched by 1:30pm, at 3pm still not delivered I contacted them again as the delivery status was still the same, I was told they would call me back this after I mentioned the gift had to be delivered by 4pm as this is till when she works, I called again at 3:50pm since I was not called back, again they couldn't get hold of the "driver"still them same online order status, they take no responsibility, thank you again for spoiling a' surprise , must I mention again this was for her birthday!!! The gift is still not delivered and its past 4pm also no call back, I will never order from you again, then I get told by an agent from your **** service to keep her at work ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!! Your service is the worst and I expect a'immediate refund
