worst service received YET AGAIN

<p>Never deliver your item on time - 9 out of 10 times its after the special day - trust me i have used them 10 times and 9 times it was delivered as wrong item / non-delivery</p> <p>Never replies to the email when you query</p> <p>Never gets concent when sending out an alternative should they not have the item in stock anymore</p> <p>Do it once...shame on you, do it twice shame on me - the fact that i have contineously tried to like this company is ridiculous - paying double shipping fees to deliver a present to the same person on the same date........is already screaming "WATCH OUT" this is going to be a stuff up.</p>
