Worst service received from Netflorist. First and Last time i will be ordering through you!

I am so disappointed in the kind of service i have received today. My husband did not get his valentines day gift on valentines day. This is the first time i used this portal to order and deliver and it will certainly be the last. I requested for the parcel to be delivered before 4pm as that is when hubby leaves work, they even noted that to the courier. Anyway 4pm came and went had to ruin the surprise and tell hubby i ordered him a gift so he waited till 5pm....guess what still no parcel. He called the courier company and held on for 20 min only to be told that we can only deliver tomorrow or will drop it tonight at our residential address...guess what netflorist its not valentines day tomorrow. If you are unable to handle the load of orders that is associated with a day like this then i suggest hire more delivery guys. I would like to thank you for really making my husbands valentines day **** as he would have loved the gift i ordered him for being the amazing husband he is.
