Worst service received

I ordered from netflorist weeks in advance for a special occasion. they had impale time to gather all the gifts. the gifts where delivered late, delivered in drips and drabs, delivered on separate days, the balloon was deflated, the roses where drying up. not all chocolates was delivered. funny thing is, it was suppose to be a surprise but they message the person to say there is something on the way for them. this frustrated me even more. im so furious with the service i received, i actually just want my money back. i could have done something much better and surprised the person in a better way.
