Worst Service Provider Ever

Netflorist is the worst every!! Instead of making ones day you do the opposite! I placed an order on Tuesday morning before 9am and paid for it, it was suppose to be delivered on the same day but that never happened, nor was I informed why my order was not delivered to the recipient! Today is day 2 and my order still has not been delivered, been tracking online it's been on "Order being processed" for a full day and a half! I'm the one who has to do all the follow up all the time, the agent I spoke to this morning said he'll get back to me, I'm still waiting to hear what's going on; he's still getting back to me even now since 10am this morning! Netflorist is the worst! I am never using your service ever again!
