Worst Service of no Delivery

On Thursday my Fiance ordered a valentines package for me to be delivered on Friday at my work address, the lady that took his order assured him that the delivery will take place on that Friday the 13/02/15, Friday the entire day goes by and no delivery happened my fiance called to check what the delay was and he was advised that the delivery had been dispatched, after 4:30 which is the time i leave the office i still hadn't received anything so we called the call center to confirm whats the situation they advised that it will only take place on Saturday. Saturday arrived and still nothing delivered so we called to enquire on the status and the consultant said delivery will only be dispatched after 2. this is the first & last time we will ever use the services of Netflorist again & will recommend to all our friends & family to also not use their services. they claim to be the number 1 florist & delivery service in south africa but i get this kind of service. i suggest that a manager or someone in authority makes this up as this is unacceptable.
