Worst service. No delivery.

Worst Service This company is happy to take orders and money but cannot deliver. I placed an order on the 12th of Feb for flowers and other gift to be delivered to my wife at the house to surprise her. It was my surprise when my wife told me she has never received any gifts. On my way home from work I saw a netflorist delivery car around 19h00 parked along the road and I asked the delivery guy and checked his orders of the day. My wife's order was not on the list and he said he is the only one who delivers around Centurion.

This morning 15 Feb I get an email that the order was delivered to my wife at the house around 07h51 but im here at the house with my wife and no delivered was made to her.

This company is robbing people. They don't even answer calls 😒
