Worst Service from Netflorist

The worst service received for Personalized T-Shirt for my daughter and I. After the first wash the prints on my T-Shirt faded and my Daughter's sticker name print is coming off. I then contacted Netflorist and the complaint was escalated to Jordan Kelly. This is the worst person to handle complaints and has not customer service after numerous e-mail communication my complaints are not resolved . This complaint was escalated from the 12/08/2020 to date no resolution. This is the first worst and pathetic service ever received from Netflorist. They must come fetch those T-Shirts and refund my account accordingly. See me buy again form Netflorist kill me :(,
