Worst service from Netflorist.

I have never got such bad service in my life, I ordered a birthday gift on Tuesday that was suppose to come on Wednesday , received my WhatsApp that my package is on the way, waited till 8 pm for my package and nothing, Thursday I was told I will receive my package going back and forth with their customer service and automated WhatsApp messages till 1pm when they stopped replying, could not give my birthday gift because Netflorist just stopped replying and no answer, today I get a phone call from Netflorist that says they don't know what happened to their driver and they will prepare a new gift and send it out this is 9 in the morning, 12:55 I get a message to say they putting the final touches on my gift and it will be sent out once again I waited only received my gift at 7:55 today. A present that was suppose to be given on Thursday will only be given on Saturday this is ridiculous, unprofessional and a waste of my time.
