Worst service from consultant

I wanted to order a gift for a wedding after numerous tries online I decided to call Amanda said she will do it on my behalf took all my details and she asked I send an email of which I did and nothing after that I called again she wasn't available but asked them to ask her to call me back she did with an excuse of the type of email I'm using does not come through to her I must send using another one I did and still today nothing. Worst service I have ever received and I told her the gift was for a wedding this coming weekend and she said u will get it before Friday but no response to y email or call I'm very disappointed it was my first and definitely last time trying out netflorist and I would never recommend it to anyone.
