WORST SERVICE

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an engagement gift for a friend who recently proposed. Ordered it on Wednesday, they said delivery was Friday. They didn’t deliver Friday… no communication. Saturday was the proposal. I called and they said they came on Friday but nobody answered. No call or communication was made from their side… I was at home the whole day. Saturday I had a heated phone call with them and they delivered the gift. For R800 - IT WAS AWFUL. Covered in marks, not done properly! Just absolutely disgusting.. I could not even take the gift I had to get a new one. I call again to let them know I’m disappointed. They said sorry and they will fetch it and deliver a new one. They didn’t fetch it. I call again on Monday morning to ask why they haven’t come… they say sorry this was not actioned AT ALL… I MEAN *** 😂💀

Worst service award goes to Netflorist. I’m going to try to fight for my money back!
